About
Professor Treichler holds appointments in Communications, Criticism and Interpretive Theory, Medicine, and Gender and Women's Studies. Her research expertise includes cultural studies of science and medicine; feminist theory and gender studies; analysis of language and discourse; and HIV/AIDS. Her current research is on the history and future of condoms.
