LAS "Supporting Coursework"
The Gender & Women's Studies Minor can often be used to fulfill the "Supporting Coursework" requirement for many LAS majors. Check with your departmental advisor to see if this is an option for you. Note that Gender & Women's Studies courses that are cross-listed with a student's major department are not eligible to be considered supporting coursework. For example, a sociology major could not use GWS 260 as supporting coursework because it is cross listed with SOC 145.
